퐁냐처음 방문해서 지낸곳인데 아주 좋습니다 조식포함 숙박비 매우 저렴하구요 투어나 버스티켓 예매할때도 다른데보다 저렴합니다 호스트인 Ms Thom tran이 영어에 능숙해서 의사소통도 편하게했습니다 다음에 퐁냐에 갈때도 다시 지낼예정입니다

Closed when I arrived, mum not happy to see me, opened up, showed me to my room that was not made up. Very poor quality room, I helped make the bed. Only one sheet for the bed. 15 minutes later, dad showed up ( whilst I was online looking for alternate accommodation), and showed me a different room up stairs, out the back, that was better. I waited while the bedding was moved from the first room to the second room. Again helped make the bed, I had to negotiate to get a top sheet. No soap for the shower, only one towel, no remote control for the Aircon. Good breakfast. Great location for bus services. Poor customer service for tourist amenities. Bad advice and booking Service for departure bus, do your own research and book online or with a local office, you have a better chance of knowing what you are getting. I left before staying my second night. I could not recommend this accommodation and would not stay again. I wish them good luck for the future. Pete
